The service
pakkeliste.com is a free packing list generator run by Mahope (CVR 39413892), trading as Mahoje. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You do not need an account to build and keep a list. An account is optional and adds sync between devices and reminders.
Lists are suggestions
The lists, tips and AI suggestions are general packing advice. They can be incomplete or wrong for your trip. You are responsible for checking what you actually need, including passport and visa rules, health requirements, medicine, insurance and the rules of your airline and destination.
Information about rules and requirements is not legal, medical or travel-safety advice.
Your account
Keep your sign-in email and any passkey safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time, and we can close an account that is used against these terms.
Your lists and sharing
Your lists are yours. You give us the right to store and show them to you, and to show a shared list to anyone who has its link, because that is what sharing means.
A shared list can be seen by anyone with the link. Only share a link with people you trust, and do not put personal details in item names. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law or other people's rights with the service.
- Do not try to get into other people's accounts or lists, or to guess share links.
- Do not overload the service, scrape it in bulk or bypass limits, including limits on AI tailoring.
- Do not put content in a list that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.
Recommended products and affiliate links
Some product recommendations are affiliate links. They are clearly marked. If you buy through such a link we may earn a commission, and the price for you does not change.
When you follow a link you leave pakkeliste.com. The shop is responsible for the sale, delivery and its own terms and privacy policy.
Our content
The text, templates, design and code of the site belong to Mahope or its licensors. You may use the site and print or copy your own lists for personal use. You may not copy the site's content in bulk or republish it as your own.
Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it is always available or free of errors. We may change, pause or end features. If you rely on a list, keep a copy, for example by printing it or copying it as text.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Mahope is not liable for loss that comes from relying on a list or suggestion, from the service being unavailable, or from what a third-party shop does. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent or gross negligence, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. For larger changes we tell account holders by email.
Governing law
Danish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts, but mandatory consumer rules in the country where you live still apply to you.
